I cannot tell you the number of times I’ve been asked whether I do single consultations!

To be honest, I have been so busy with my premium, one on one, 12 week coaching program, the LEAN GUT MIND METHOD™ that it’s taken me quite a while to set this virtual clinic up to take single consultations. But we are finally here to meet the demand for convenient, flexible and efficient dietetic services.

Traditional clinic models are inefficient and outdated. You are busy and your time is precious. You shouldn’t have to spend time travelling to and from appointments and sitting in waiting rooms. You shouldn’t be forced to find time during business hours to prioritise your health. This is the virtual era and this aspect of our lives should be as convenient as possible.

The Leanne Ward Nutrition Virtual Clinic has 8 highly qualified dietitians available to meet with you at times convenient to you from the comfort of your own home or office. These are the same dietitians who provide coaching services for my LEAN GUT MIND METHOD™ coaching program. They truly are experts. In addition to the years they have spent studying and practicing dietetics and developing their specialty areas, they have also worked directly with me to deliver the LEAN GUT MIND METHOD™ coaching program to hundred of clients worldwide.

You now have access to my expert dietitians, from wherever you are in the world, as much or as little as you need them. You can book single consultations or packages that contain a personalised meal plan and extra value in the form of coaching and consultations.

Because we don’t work on a 9am to 5pm model, we can accommodate busy lifestyles and different time zones. Some of our dietitians even offer weekend sessions to suit your preferences.

To make the most of your consultation, you will fill out an extensive onboarding form when you book so that your dietitian is fully prepared for your session and doesn’t waste time asking you questions about your background in the initial consultation.

As with everything we do, the Leanne Ward Nutrition team will do single nutrition consultations differently and we will do them better.

With your support, we will become the largest virtual dietetics practice in the world.

Despite being a health professional with so much knowledge about food and nutrition, there was a time when Renae struggled to find the right balance between diet and exercise and had an “all or nothing” approach to food. Renae’s own health and wellness journey led her to want to help others have a better relationship with food and their body image. Outside of work, if she is not eating delicious food, you will find Chloe by the beach with her adorable Cocker Spaniel, finding the best coffee, obsessing over real estate, being creative with interior design and integrating self-care into her day through exercise, cold water swims, podcasts and some Netflix!

Qualifications: Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Dean’s Scholar Hons) (University of Wollongong), Post Graduate Degree Psychology (University of New South Wales).

About Romi:  With over 5 years of clinical experience in tertiary hospitals, including acute surgical and medical wards, as well as running outpatient weight loss and metabolic clinics, Romi has a solid foundation in evidence-based practice, specialising in fat loss, gut health, and improving her clients’ relationship with food.

Romi believes in a holistic approach to nutrition. She recognises the intricate connection between diet and mental well-being and understands the incredible healing power of food. Romi’s passion lies in bridging the gap between scientific knowledge and practical solutions. Through counseling techniques, she empowers her clients to make lasting changes in their health behaviors. Her ultimate goal is to help individuals develop a healthy and balanced approach to nutrition, promoting overall well-being.

Outside of dietetics, Romi enjoys a balanced and active lifestyle. You can find her on the yoga mat, a beach swim or surf or relaxing at the end of the day with a glass of wine. She loves going to local farmer markets, enjoys cooking and finds comfort in creative outlets like doodling and interior design.
