    I was looking to tackle my emotional eating issues in 2021 and as a follower of Leanne for a few years, I saw her talk about the course on Instagram. Perfect timing! I purchased it and devoted the time to taking the class over a weekend. I loved it! The tips and tools are very easy to follow and implement but taking it really has flipped my mindset with how I’ve approached eating. Leanne does a great job breaking out the topics and modules in a logical way with little exercises to take the practice off the screen as well that make you really connect to the content she’s providing. I’ve been practicing the items the course taught for two weeks now and I’ve seen some improvements already with less overeating. Its a long road and I will probably revisit as a refresher but I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to jumpstart their journey’s with a straightforward, logical approach that also has some great tools that teach you how to develop your own plan of attack and heal how you approach emotional eating.
