Almond butter and jelly protein smoothie

This smoothie is super tasty, nutritious and a great way to eat breakfast on the run. I was always a peanut butter and jelly fan so wanted to come up with a healthy smoothie recipe that took a spin on this. Let me know what you think of it in the comments below. 

Almond butter and jelly protein smoothie

Serves: 1 Prep Time: Cooking Time:
Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 5-10 ice cubes
  • Sweetener to taste if desired



  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. You may need to scrap down the side of the glass if any of the ingredients stick.
  3. Pour into a glass or bowl and top with your favourite if wanting.
  4. Drink immediately.
